Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: The Setup That Fits Your Project
OUR PROMISE
There's no such thing as the right infrastructure. Only the one that fits you.
There's no such thing as the right infrastructure. Only the one that fits you.
AWS, GCP, Azure, or Hetzner. Managed Kubernetes or a self-hosted cluster on your own premises. Each of these options is the right one for some project, and the wrong one for many others. What fits you depends on your product, your load, your data, and your requirements.
We don't have our own data center or a house brand. That's why we don't have to force you into a standard setup: we decide on the infrastructure per project, together with you and for good reason.
And because development and DevOps come from one team here, we know load, data flows, and requirements firsthand. The setup follows from that, not from a fixed template. To see how we build software, check out our page on custom software development.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
What DevOps and infrastructure at dynabase include
Cloud & On-Premises Architecture
Kubernetes consulting and implementation: scalable architectures on AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, or Vercel. Managed Kubernetes where it fits, or self-hosted clusters all the way down to microk8s right on your own premises.
02 Service
CI/CD & Automation
GitOps approach: the entire infrastructure lives in Git, deployed via Terraform and Ansible, with pipelines through GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Azure DevOps. Reproducible instead of hand-maintained.
Monitoring, Logging & Observability
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Sentry, plus RBAC and audit logs. Problems get noticed before users do.
04 Service
Reliable Operations & Scaling
Autoscaling, load balancing, CDN, backups via K8up or Velero. On request, we take over ongoing operations: managed ops, on-call, and SLA on retainer.
APPROACH & METHODOLOGY
From assessment to stable operations
Assessment & Audit
We take a look at your existing landscape: costs, dependencies, risks. For new developments, we start with a requirements workshop instead.
Step 2
Architecture Decision
Cloud, hybrid, or on-premises? Managed or self-hosted? We make recommendations based on cost-effectiveness, not project size.
Step 3
Infrastructure as Code
Everything lives in Git and is deployed reproducibly via Terraform and Ansible. No server that only one person understands.
Step 4
Rollout & Integration
Rollout, integration with your existing systems, load testing. Before go-live, not after.
Step 5
Monitoring & Hardening
Observability stack, backups, access control. Set up, documented, and tested.
Operations & Ongoing Development
Full handover to your team or ongoing operations by us, with on-call and SLA. Depending on what you need.
TECHNOLOGIES
Kubernetes, GitOps & Infrastructure as Code: open setups instead of lock-in
Everything we set up, you can keep running without us. That's by design: with us, you stay vendor-independent, both with the cloud provider and with us.
Cloud & Hosting
AWS (EKS, ECS, Serverless, Autoscaling, CDN), GCP, Azure, Hetzner, Vercel
Kubernetes
Managed k8s or self-hosted, all the way down to microk8s on-premises
IaC & GitOps
Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps. Everything in Git
Observability
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry
Backup & Recovery
K8up, Velero
Security
RBAC, Audit Logs
Hosting Location
100% EU hosting available
INDUSTRIES & USE CASES
Typical Starting Points for Our Clients
1. Products That Need to Scale Under Load
E-commerce and SaaS, where traffic spikes mean revenue and downtime costs money.
2. Hybrid & On-Premises
Data-sensitive industries, manufacturing, IoT: wherever data isn't allowed to leave the building or on-site systems need local connectivity.
3. Migration & Modernization
away from legacy setups that nobody wants to touch anymore, toward reproducible infrastructure as code.
4. Ongoing Operations
For teams that want to build software instead of maintaining servers, and don't want to set up their own ops team.

WHY DYNABASE
Not a web hosting provider. Not just consulting.
No in-house data center, no proprietary brand, that’s why we recommend the setup that’s right for you, not the one that earns us a commission.
No one-size-fits-all solution
The cloud provider, operating model, and location are determined by your project: based on workload, data, and requirements.
Not just consulting
We implement the solution and, if desired, continue to operate it—instead of simply handing over an architecture PDF.
From the same team that develops the software
Infrastructure and product from a single source, tested under real-world load.
Everything as Code
Versioned, reproducible, portable. Any team can take over.
✓ Hosting exclusively within the EU ✓ Free choice of provider ✓ Implementation and operation
Still have questions? Ask us directly during your free initial consultation.
Do we have to switch to a specific cloud provider?
No. We work with AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, Vercel, and others. You decide — we are not tied to any single provider.
Can you also go fully on-premises?
Yes. The QS monitor for Mainzer Netze runs entirely on-premises, on a self-managed Kubernetes cluster directly within the customer's environment. We typically set up such configurations using microk8s, for example.
Do you take over ongoing operations?
Yes, on request: managed ops, on-call, and SLA as part of a retainer. Alternatively, we set everything up and hand it over completely to your team, cleanly documented.
What does Infrastructure as Code mean?
Infrastructure as Code means that servers, networks, and configurations aren't set up by hand but described as code — in our case using Terraform and Ansible, version-controlled in Git. This allows every environment to be reproduced identically, tracked, and taken over by any team.
What do infrastructure and DevOps costs depend on?
On three factors: the operating model (managed cloud is cheaper to set up, on-premises often pays off long-term), the number of environments, and your availability and compliance requirements. You'll get an honest assessment for your specific case during the free initial consultation.
Does our data stay in the EU?
Yes, EU-only hosting is possible. We determine the right location and provider as part of the architecture decision.
What happens if we switch teams later?
The entire infrastructure exists as code in Git. Nothing is a black box — any team can take it over and continue developing it.
Do you have your own data center?
Deliberately not. This keeps you free to choose your cloud and location, and keeps our recommendations independent.
